He did the work on my car without giving me a quote, and without my authorization, after months of trying to figure out what the problem was. I paid 943 dollars plus 125 for a new battery, the car continued to have the same problem, the battery continues to discharge, and he wants me to pay a tow truck to take the car to his workshop to see what he can do. In short, he didn't solve the problem, he charged me for it and continues without providing me any help. my car is parked on the street, and he can't send me a mechanic, this means that I continue to suffer losses because there are cleaning days and I can't move the car.

I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go to this shop, very bad service. I took my car to get some electric work done , he charged me over 1200$ to replace the battery and an alternator assuring me that if we did the work all the problems will be resolved even when I told him that the battery was still brand new , I paid the 1200$ and few days later I came to pick up the car and everything was still the same, when I asked him that all this money spent for nothing he said we need to change the front and back modules … long story short he kept the car at his shop for over a week no calls no updates and when I call to ask about the progress he would say I’ll let you by the end of the day and he never call .. after a week I went and picked up my car. He wasted so much of my time for nothing. Stay away from this shop in my opinion he has zero respect for clients and he makes you feel like he’s doing a favor rather than he’s suppose to get your car ready for you.

I brought my car to Carlos for diagnosis he charge me $101 then he couldn’t find the car problem he want to check more, he remove the intake manifold then he told me the valve burn then the car need engine after he call me he give me a price $ 5800 to fix it or to buy or the other engine he gonna cost about $8900 , I decide to give up I can’t fix it anymore. This guy want to charge me $250 more to put back the parts he been removed to the car without fixing nothing I spend so far $361 for nothing be aware from this gangster Mecanic guy is greedy he wanna rob people money for doing nothing I call them to put back the parts they don’t keep doing other new jobs let my car sitting on a lifter more up 2 days so far I can say this is a real scammer rip off Portuguese Mecanic guy . After all of bad reviews this store will be close soon cause they not real professional most likely robbers rip off .

This shop is the only one that was able to effectively diagnose and resolve an electrical issue with my vehicle.
