I contacted Ralphie's Electricians with a project to add two 240V outlets for an induction stove and new electric dryer. And to also add a level 2 EV charger. Wayne and Brad + crew were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived promptly for all the appointments and did great, clean, professional work. They were also really helpful in guiding me for steps needed to get the rebates available to me. It’s clear that they take a lot of pride in this family run business. I highly recommend Ralphie's Electricians and will use them for any future electrical projects.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, and thanks to his expertise, I avoided unnecessary repairs I initially thought were needed. The high level of integrity really stood out to me. Ralphie's recently did an excellent job replacing the electric meter, panel, and SEU cable on my house. In addition to offering the best price (after getting 4 estimates), they were very nice and courteous and patient in responding to any questions I had. Also, the appointment was quick and easy to set up, they came right on time, and finished faster than I expected.

A faulty heating element in our floor tile heating system was constantly on at high temperature. I called Ralphie’s and they had someone over within an hour and the problem fixed in 30 minutes. Couldn’t have been happier! Excellent service and response.

5 stars for responsiveness and professionalism. I lost power overnight on a Friday, on Saturday morning I found my main breaker was sparking causing lights to flicker and would not hold power. Ralphie’s sent an electrician within 2 hours. We agreed on the issue and discussed whether or not to have the electrician return on Sunday or Monday considering the difference in cost and potential hazard. I requested Monday service, they were able to accommodate a Monday 7AM appointment. All estimates, invoices and receipts were communicated electronically. Very professional and personal service!
