Vasi Electrical

I'm not sure how I found Tyler at Vasi electrical - I just went by a little word of mouth online that seemed genuine and I had a good feeling about it. Tyler was wonderful to work with and did an incredible job. Ahead of the work, he took a look all that needed to be done and scoped it out. We both knew it wasn't going to be a light job (Upgrading from 100A to 200A service, relocation of meter, new load center - with tedious rewiring of the panel). Tyler treated me with great professionalism. He talked to me exactly at my level - not "over my head" nor embarrassingly basic. We discussed smart panel options and pros and cons and we came to an agreement. He and his crew arrived on time and got right to work inside and outside the house. They kept me informed throughout the day on what was going on, and when it was done, they did a thorough job labeling the new panel, cleaning up, and letting me know next steps (inspection, National Grid, etc.) Finally - price. It was very competitive with the other companies, big and small, and he was flexible on one unforeseen change to the quote. My wife is already planning on hiring him to do work at her mother's house and when my business needs electrical work, Vasi is definitely going to get a call.

Great guys, fast, and professional. Tyler and Kyle came and installed two fans for an incredibly fair price and did a great job. I will absolutely be using Vasi in the future. If you need anything done, give these guys a call.

Basically , Vasi Electrical LLC saved me from a Thanksgiving disaster. I purchased a new stove after switching from gas to electric. I was unaware that the original appliance outlet had not been connected when the circuit box was updated. The stove was delivered but didn't pow er up and was returned to store. Thanks to Tyler who responded to my phone call today and actually came out today. He was able to connect the outlet making it possible to use my brand new stove. I would highly recommend Vasi Electrical for any electrical needs. Niagara Falls is blessed to have such an outstanding business in the city.

What can I say? I managed to mess something up spectacularly and Vasi Electrical swooped in the day before Thanksgiving to save the day. Fast, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be using their services again.

Tyler responded to my call promptly and was able to schedule someone the next day. This wasn't any kind of emergency. He also spent time with me on the phone trying to troubleshoot my problem which was greatly appreciated. I had calls into other companies and still have not received a call back. Thank you Tyler

Tyler did a great job at our home. We had a small electrical problem; he came in, diagnosed it, and had it fixed within minutes. He's very nice and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him in the future for any of our electrical needs. I highly recommend Vasi Electrical.

Vasi Electrical just hooked up our hot tub and did an excellent job! They went above and beyond in making everything tidy and up to code; kept their promise to get it done before the long weekend; charged exactly what they quoted. The hot tub set-up guy even remarked what a good job he thought they’d done (and he’s seen a lot of set ups!). We would highly recommend Vasi Electrical, and will definitely be using them again!
