We have used Caddell for all our electric motor needs for 20+ years and gave never once left with a bad taste in our mouths. Our latest trip had Stefan (spelling??) lending us a hand, and he had all the questions and concerns we had about our needs meant with professionalism and utmost courtesy. It's nice having a business around that still truly cares about and appreciates their customers!

They know their business! Ive had two commercial mixers repaired at Caddell. In both cases, another service company said the motors were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. They quoted over $7000 total for both. Caddell fixed them for a small fraction of that price and they work great. Honest, professional and decent people. Edit: Had the occasion to use them again for a repair and once again, they were fantastic. A critical piece of equipment went down and they came out right away and fixed it within an hour. I have a warranty on this equipment but that process would have taken at least two weeks to get authorization and then get someone out to fix it. Caddell is one of the few really great local companies left in this town. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Always a great organization to deal with. Meets all of our motor rebuilding needs in a timely manner. High quality builds and super experienced staff. Bring them a problem and they will solve it. Dealt with them for about 15 years that I have been in the area and never had an issue!

Took in a bad sta-rite motor from my irrigation pump. Friendly staff, professional, and very helpful! Their honesty and speedy customer service were top notch. Showed me what the issue with my motor was and gave me my options and cost considerations. They recommended I save my money by keeping the old motor for parts and ordering a whole new pump and motor that would ultimately save me money. Highly recommend. Will get the best service and the best deal.
