Vito Johnson at Titan Electrical managed a project to do a full replacement of the 40 year old electrical panels in 10 of the apartments in my building. I was very pleased with the work in my unit. Vito’s coordination and communications were great and the work done by Victor, the electrician, was first rate. Titan also arranged for the drywall and painting work to make everything look great after the job was done. I am very happy with the results.

Great service from Titan. We had three separate projects for the electrician to work on, light installation in our kitchen, replacing several switches with smart switches and repair of a bathroom light. All were handled very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We had Titan come out to look at our electrical system within our septic system because our septic pump was failing. We spoke on the phone to Vito J and he was very kind. Due to our strange situation, Vito did some background research prior to coming to our house. He usually sends his tech out for the initial appointments but he came himself with his tech, Rosemond Time. Together, they listened and trouble-shooted. They tested the voltage of our system, did the appropriate tests to ensure that our failed pump was not something electrical. They did not rush, they showed up on time, and they were thorough. We will definitely be using Titan in the future!

Vito and the service team were notified of our need for quick help to prevent a service disconnection at a property on a Wednesday afternoon and promptly resolved the issue at 8:00 am the very next morning. The potential disconnection was due to another electrical companies sloppy and incomplete work, but Titan Electrical Services stepped-up and helped right away. I received raving reviews from the property regarding Vito and his team, and was sent perfectly documented photos and videos of the corrected conditions upon completion.
