Juan Avila was friendly & efficient with the check up. Also answered my questions, some I’m sure were repetitive, but was patient in explaining everything to me. Love having a local young man in my home to verify everything is ok. Also getting the call that he was on his way was appreciated since it gave me time to get my pets out of the way. Great job by a great young man!

Chad was a life saver in every way. He helped repair our system and found a gas leak. He stayed with us all day until the job was complete. He was dedicated, kind and professional and we would suggest him for hang hvac needs.

The manager, Blaine, at Integrity is a stand up guy and wants to do good for others. I've had great luck with this company and leak detection. I did have an issue with the companies dispatch person and he called to help me through it. He even offered to come out for free and take care of my issue. You can't beat a company like this. Very good company and I would use again. If you have any issues ask for Blaine. He's a great asset to the company and cares about people getting good service.

Cesar was wonder to have him working on my new Navien as he would explain things to me as they were doing this upgrade on my system cleaned up after themselves then also Tom and Adam also did a great job working with Cesar. I very happy with Their service as I’m going to become a member to have them take care of my whole house. Linda

Thomas Minor contacted me before arriving and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He arrived and promptly assessed the job at hand and started working right away. He completed the assignment of installing new electrical outlets in my carport and well house in a timely manner. He showed me the work he had completed and it was a very satisfactory installation of new electrical outlets.

Home furnace would not light; needed emergency service. Integrity uses an AI voice named Dane to help schedule the appointment We got the best guy, Jacob to repair the furnace. Jacob was very professional and actually stepped me through the fault isolation and why the master board was the fault. The part no available and we had to schedule for Monday. Jacob arrived with the part, installed and ran a full operational check out. System back on line Really appreciated Jacob’s attention to detail, and explaining "why" the board was bad, and returned with the new part. Will request Jacob for any future work.

Thomas and Tyler are the definition of the company's name: Integrity. They were kind, thorough, honest and all around amazing! There were a number of things that needed to be done to bring our electrical system back up to code and make it safer (especially after 25 years of an aging DIY know it all ). They answered all of our questions; were patient, thoughtful and communicated extremely well. I cannot recommend them or Integrity highly enough. Very competitive pricing. Edited to add; when we need HVAC or plumbing, they will be our first (& only) call.
