Referred to Ross electric by my father in law and I can not say enough good words about them. I bought a new hot tub and needed 220 ran to make it work. The hot tub showed up a day early and they were able to get me in the next day. Steve and his son came to my house on time and even gave me a call before they were on there way. They had to run a line outside of my house and were able to hide it under a trim piece so it was almost not even noticeable. The fit and finish was better than anticipated. If you want professional friendly people that show up on time and do the job right the first time...congrats you just found them.
Great service. Excellent help understanding needs and options before doing work. Fast and efficient work. I needed a way to connect my generator to my home electrical system. Ross helped me understand the backup power options. They installed a new electric panel with a generator input circuit and safety interlock device. Next time the power goes out I can run the house electrical system off of generator. Huge thanks to Don, Jeff and the crew that did the work!
Ross Electric is excellent. Called at 4:00 pm on Wed before that big freeze on 01/12/24. The wind and a branch had my electric line down on metal carport. Casey was out 1st thing next morning and had it fixed immediately. Thanks so much Casey and Ross Electric!
We had ordered a new oven from Home Depot, we called to have a new plug put in . Long story . The plug being hooked up wasn’t going to work, it needed it to be " hot wired" straight into the outlet. Second trip out to hot wire it after we thought we needed a plug . Home Depot was no help . Ross electric did it right , they even helped lift my new oven in place. Best company I have found for electrical problems. They have earned my trust . Home Depot lost my trust . Small business and local is the only way ..
