Mr. Sparky is crazy on pricing - the whole chain, not just this location. I needed simple repairs and they gave me an estimate for my house of a good, better, best that ranged from 7k-20k in repairs or upgrades. My repairs that were actually needed ended up only costing about 1200 in total.

I am so happy with the service. Alex Kirkpatrick took care of our outlet electrical system and our panel. He informed us so much and now we feel so much more safe knowing that our chance of an electrical fire has went down so much because of his help.

Get more than one quote!! High pressure sales pitch, and wanted to upgrade electrical outlets and fire alarms for the entire house. We just wanted an electrical outlet installed for my daughter’s new stove.

Garrison was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was a great team leader. Emma and Josh were pleseant and professional. They worked until the job was done for 4 hours straight.

My attic fan quit so I called Mr Sparky for a quote to fix it. A nice guy came and gave me a quote of $1375. Unbelievable!!!!! Said it would take a week to order a new motor. I drove 4 blocks and bought the same motor for$199 and fixed it myself in 15 minutes. Crooks!!!!!!!!

Alex F. was ahead of schedule and took on the job needed . He had me updated on plugs broken and old 1967 original to the house 10 replaced an a circuit breaker installed . Much appreciated . ❤️

I would absolutely recommend this company for service needs. They were responsive in an emergency, helpful and courteous. Austin did an amazing job of problem solving and explaining the issue. He did some additional work of switching out an outlet so I could use my dryer! So helpful!
