A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical

Monday afternoon A1 technicians Dalton & Zachary came to work on our AC unit for the routine cleaning. This was my first time using the company membership program. Dalton was patient & professional! He answered all my questions and went beyond what I was expecting, he educated me about the different air filters and gave me some tips. Apparently the filter bundle I purchased from Costco was not optimal for the unit. I then purchased different ones from Amazon. Amazon Basics had the ones I was looking for. Dalton took the time to clean my dirty AC unit. He was very detailed oriented! After they were done my outside AC looked like brand new one. I highly recommend working with A1 United Heating, Air & Electrical! I honestly think they are the best in town and will not use another company for all my heating & cooling problems. The service and staff are wonderful at A-1 Heating and Air. Our furnace was having problems yesterday morning 12/01). We called A-1 and their service rep. (Damon) was out to see us, and assess the problem that afternoon. Our furnace was very old, so we knew we needed a new one as soon as possible. To our rescue today, came A-1 Service Installer, Chris Branner. Chris installed our new furnace in less than a day. He arrived on time, and got right to work. He not only did a great job of installing the furnace, he also has a customer service attitude that we totally appreciated. He took his time explaining the work he had done. I definitely recommend A-1 HAC to anyone who is looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and helpful company!

I have had service techs from A1 come to my house a few times and every time I find them to be outstanding. Same applies to this last time. Shawn (the 3rd) went above and beyond my expectations. Extremely professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Didn't even seem to mind me asking questions while he did the work. He installed a closet light pull chain, installed new outlets, installed a new light fixture (I already had the new light) on an existing ceiling fan and installed a new ceiling fan in another room.

Got home to a house getting cold. Furnace not running. Called A-1 United. Short time later Kevin Cave came over, found the drain plugged and cleaned out and sanitized. Hot air followed! Very fast repair. Thank you A-1 United and Kevin Cave...for a great product and great service!

A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical installed a new HVAC system this month for us. We were very happy with Chris B, Sean Z, Matt N, Ben in sales and Beth in the front office. Each and every one of them were very professional and extremely helpful during the whole experience.

Recently had A1 United install a full new AC & furnace system. I've been a customer of theirs for years and it's always a great experience working with Jim who answered all my questions when helping us decide what new components to go with. The install crew, Sean & Brendan, were friendly, courteous & kept our house clean and tidy throughout the process. I'm extremely happy with their workmanship and it's comforting to know we'll have a reliable system for years to come.

I got my AC and furnace replaced a few weeks ago and everything has been working perfectly! From purchasing to having been with the system for a little bit now, everything has been easy peasy. Ben made choosing my system clear and simple. Sean & Paul did a great job and kept my place pretty clean while they worked. They thoroughly walked me through the features of my new system as well, which I appreciate. ☀️ An overall great experience!
