T&M Electric of Clay County, LLC

On the evening of Nov 29, 2024 my electric box started smoking, and I had to cut power to my home. It was the dead of winter and my family(kids and 74 year old mom) was without power for almost 72 hours. After calling several companies and having to pay huge fees just for an estimate(I did not have the money), I finally spoke with Ms. Tina L. at T&M. I was in tears, and she was so kind and compassionate — she even connected me with one of their technicians to try to help(Attached are pics that I sent via text for help troubleshooting). Although I ultimately received help from a family friend, I’ll never forget the empathy and genuine care shown by T&M’s staff during a really stressful time. It meant so much to be treated like a person, not just another call. Thank you for your compassion and for going above and beyond! ❤️

I hired T&M to install 2 chandeliers. One in the 10' tall dining room and the other one in my 20' foyer. They arrived promptly, explained what to expect and made adjustments based on my preferences. They were very professional, cordial and did a great job with my chandeliers. I highly recommend them.

We just had T&M install a plug for our Tesla and we couldn’t be happier. Sam and Julian were great. Sam is a "designer"electrician of sorts because he helped us pick the perfect spot for installation so the cord would not be a trip hazard. Best of all it’s a very clean and neat installation. He caulked around the hole and told us the pipe can be painted to match the wall. Start to finish was a little over an hour. Thanks T&M!

I wish I could give 4.5 stars because they really accomplished what was needed for this new sauna at our home. The only issue was they under quoted me in the beginning even though I had tried to be proactive by sending videos, website and detailed information of what was involved. At the end of the day, I was ok paying over 2x the amount quoted because it was a complicated project and I will always compensate and appreciate companies working hard for us. The good news is we took one for the greater Jax area because if you want a huge sauna, they definitely know how to handle that after this project. I will always call them for our electrical needs even though they may not come back to our house after this! ; )

10 out of 10 recommend! The entire staff is courteous and professional. They were able to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon, and no one stopped until the issue was resolved and the power restored after 8pm. Very impressed with all aspects! Hard to find service like this anymore. Very reasonable prices as well.

So pleased with this company as they stand by their services. I contacted T&M to make them aware that I was having an issue with my ceiling fan that they had installed in July. My preferred electrician Chris was unavailable to do the work because of an emergency. Once I contacted them, they scheduled a warranty call, and was able to send Chris. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly, at no additional cost. Great to recommend a company that has knowledgeable employees like Chris and stand behind their work. I needed to replace my home's electrical panel. I got estimates from three companies and they were half the cost of the most expensive estimate. Communication and scheduling was smooth. The guys showed up on time and did a spectacular job. They panel is beautifully wired. The guys were courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.
