I used this business before in 2015 and was pleased with the service. Damian the owner performed the work in a timely and professional manner. Last week, Tuesday Jan 28th I called and spoke with Damian directly and explained that I had an issue at my home that needs an electrician to evaluate and let me know what is going on. He told me that he wouldn’t be able to get to me before Thursday and would contact me that morning to arrange when he would come out. Obviously, I was expecting to hear from him so at 10am when I didn’t, I sent him a text asking if he was still coming and included my address. I never received a response to my text and still not hearing from he after 1:00pm called but got his voicemail. To date, I still have not received a response to any of my contact attempts and no explanation why he has not responded.

Quantum Electric is responsive, dependable, and knowledgeable! We had an electrical outage. I called Damian, and he had our problem solved the same day. Highly recommend Quantum Electric.

I am sorry to say I could never recommend this company. I spoke to Damien many times regarding an issue with one of his employers/partner. We are owed money till today and we were promised it and as of today we still have not received it. I have emails to back this up. We are owed at lease 300.00 that was overpaid for work on a ceiling. We were promised from Devon that he would pay us money back. He had his workers do our ceiling, it was done wrong, they were suppose to come back never did. Devon said he would pay half for another worker he knew to do it. We ended up paying someone else that Devon recommended and paid another 300.00. It is so sad that you have a crook working for you. I have emails from him stating he will refund our money to us and never did . Now I will go to the better business bureau and go to small claim court. It is the principal. He sent me emails admitting he will give us money back and has not. I am sure any court will honor that. He will also pay court cost. It is a shame he is ruining your business by this review. Called 3 company's when the kitchen fixture failed ,all said 4 days for a service call. Called Damien he was able to rearrange things and came over the same day. He replaced the fixture because he did not want 2 seniors to live in the dark. Great job and very reasonable price. Thanks.

We were doing a property recently that's going up for rent, and we needed a electrician to fix the outlets and switch in one room that was delaying us. So we called this company, they were very helpful and informative, and they came out and fix the issue by the next day, which was very very convenient. Definitely will be keeping their contact # on desk.

Quantum Electrical is one of the more highly qualified and reliable Electrical contractors in Central Florida. I’ve used them for major million dollar installations at college campuses and used them for much smaller residential installs. They are highly capable and competent of managing, with proficiency, any size job.
