From start to finish, their service was fast, reliable, and professional. Their pricing was also very reasonable, making the entire process stress-free. The technicians, Carlos and his buddy, did an exceptional job. Even though they had to work inside our home, we never felt unsafe or inconvenienced. They were courteous, respectful, and highly skilled. Kudos to them for their meticulous work and professionalism! The company kept us informed throughout the process, sending timely messages and phone calls, which we truly appreciated. Their customer service is top-notch, and their team is clearly committed to excellence. We highly recommend Doctor Home Experts to anyone needing EV charger installation or other home services. Moving appliances around about to put new ones in. Blew a circuit, thought it would be routine in and out. Ended up having a whole new braker panel put in. Old one was rusted out and held together with duck tape. Dr. Joe came out around 8 and stayed until midnight putting the thing in. Man knows his stuff. Great Electrican. Great man. Came all the way down to lake jackson to get my eletricity up and running again.

They were all very hard working and friendly. They were very knowledgeable. I will ask them to help me in he future with ant electrical needs. My electrical system is as done poorly and the "experts" came and fixed all my issues and I passed with centerpoint

Review of Doctor Home Experts Electrical Heating and Air On June 14, 2025, two men from Doctor Home Experts jumped over our backyard fence without any prior notice or permission. They were unaware that our dog was outside, which caused them to immediately jump back over. When my partner went out to investigate, they explained they were doing work related to a power issue affecting our neighbor. At that point, I clearly requested that we be notified ahead of time if any further access to our property was needed. That request was ignored. On June 17, 2025, two more men once again jumped our fence around 10:30 a.m. Later that morning, four individuals came to our front door and banged and knocked persistently for nearly 25 minutes, a completely inappropriate disruption while I was putting my child down for a nap. After reviewing my security footage, I identified the company name and number which turned out not to be CenterPoint, as previously stated on June 14. Before I could call, I saw two men looking over our fence and taking photos of our dog, prompting me to go outside and ask what they needed. I was told they required access and asked to put up my dog. I requested to speak with a manager due to the earlier disturbance, but the technician dismissed me and said that "wasn’t his concern," which was extremely unprofessional. I then called the company and was connected with an after-hours technician who was rude, dismissive, and even threatened to call the police if I didn’t immediately secure my dog. I explained I was simply trying to understand the company’s policy, but he showed no interest in helping. After I hung up, he called my phone several times. Eventually, my partner answered. Only then did we receive an apology and a commitment to give proper notice moving forward (which, to their credit, they did honor). We were also told that landscaping would come out to repair the damage caused during the work. It has now been nearly two weeks, and no one has followed up or made any repairs. This entire experience was deeply disappointing not only disruptive, but completely lacking in communication, professionalism, and respect for private property. As a homeowner, I expect to be informed and treated with basic courtesy when others are entering our yard. I sincerely hope Doctor Home Experts Electrical Heating and Air takes this feedback seriously and improves the way their technicians interact with residents.

Ozzy, Miguel, and Tracy were all excellent. I have never had a better experience with an AC company. Dr home experts is the only company I want to work on my home A/C from now on.

DHE had reached out following me submitting a home expert referral from Home Depot, regarding replacing a light fixture (I already had the fixture and just needed it installed). They got back to me next business day, scheduled someone to come out for an estimate within a few hours of that call. Chris Lessman had come out, surveyed the hall and location of the light, provided an estimate, - at HALF the cost of one of their competitors - and got right to work as soon as I gave the go-ahead. He was very professional and courteous, showed me how to adjust the color temperature settings and everything, and cleaned up after himself. I was expecting it to turn into a multi-day affair like other company experiences, but was really pleased that he was able to get it all done in one go! Attached before/after pictures of either side to show the difference - very impressed!

I live in Pasadena and I rarely write reviews but Doctor Home Experts did an outstanding job fixing a complex electrical issue at my home. This team went above and beyond to promptly uncover the root cause of my electrical issue and provide a reasonable quote and fast service. From the owner Joe coming by to personally check in to the terrific management of the project by Luke Perry. Kudos to the professionalism and dedication from Jay, Chang and Nick. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend their services!
