We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Shuman Electrical! They recently upgraded the electrical setup for our pool, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. After having been burned by a few contractors in the past, it was refreshing to work with a company that was genuinely trustworthy and professional. Brian, in particular, was fantastic — honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted, gave us expert advice without trying to oversell anything, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and they showed up on time and kept everything on schedule. Very pleased with our service with Shuman Electric. We wanted a generator plug installed in our house in Pembroke by a local business, and found Shuman Electric that way. The service manager, Brian, was very quick with all aspects of service, from the initial proposal to scheduling the service itself. The work itself was done the morning of the next business day, and looks very neat and professional. Brian was very thorough with his explanation of the work and the new installation, as was the service technician. It was reasonably priced as well. Overall I am very happy with our service and will continue to use Shuman Electric in the future for our electrician service needs.

Brian and Alex are really great. They went above and beyond to not only do what they supposed to do, but also helped me to setup the backup generator. We all made mistakes, when it happened to their work, they are here to help even though it's after hours and thunderstorms going on. Really appreciate for your help. No need to mention that the price was great.

Shuman Electric has helped our family more than once in the past year. They were quick to arrive and to get power restored to our home after Hurricane Helene and then again after the wiring went bad to our water well, leaving us with no water. They arrived the same day, quickly found the issue and fixed it the SAME day! Shuman Electric is trustworthy, and they truly care! They have been a blessing to my family.

Service was top notch, they were able to respond within 2 hours of originally calling them (including the drive to Savannah). Mason and Michael were great to work with and were able to clearly explain everything they were working on. Highly Recommended

If you need any electrical work done, call Brian with Shuman Electric. He worked with our crazy hectic schedules and was able to carve out some time on a weekend where he could add 2 outlets to our garage. He knows what he is doing and his works shows he loves what he does. He even cleaned up after himself, which seems like a no brainer, but so many other people we have worked with in the past leave a mess behind. We definitely recommend this company, and absolutely recommend asking for him specifically. Thanks so much for getting out here quickly and helping us get this garage together.
