Terminal-Andrae has been helping my church with various electrical issues including the installation of a burglar alarm system. They are very professional. The prices are fair. The customer service has been outstanding. Matt De Witt who has overseen our work could not be more responsive. He has gone above and beyond in taking care of us. Just a great experience with Terminal-Andrae.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady, receptionist who answers the phones is a piece of work. If this is a true representation of the type of establishment this company is, then ALL should BEWARE! I would never do business with a company that has no respect for the other person on the other end of the phone!
