Summers Quality Services

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. A technician came to my rental property on September 2 and he told my tenant that he needed to speak with his manager to determine what was required to fix the issue. I called the office several times for an update and was eventually told that the electrical manager was out of the office and that I would need to wait a few more days for a response. In the meantime, my tenant was afraid to use the air conditioning because of concerns about another electrical malfunction. To protect my tenant and the property, I had to hire a different company to inspect and repair the problem. I never heard back from this company again until more than 60 days later, when I suddenly received an invoice and a report from that visit for the first time. There was no follow up, no communication, and no resolution provided, yet I was still billed. As a small business owner, I try to resolve issues directly and give companies a fair chance to make things right. In this case, I sent several emails with no response before writing this review. The lack of communication, the delay, and the attempt to charge for an unresolved service call speak for themselves. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Can't say enough great things about John and his team. They listen, they care, and they'll stick with you to figure out the absolute best solutions even if it takes their extra time. My wife and I purchased a beautiful row home from 1850 that had no AC. I knew it would be an absolute beast of an hvac project and needed a team who would put the absolute best system that also managed to be concealed and streamlined (i.e. no ducts running across every ceiling and wall. John came himself and spent an incredible amount of time going through the most minute details and understood the task. His PM Frank took expert care in the day to day and these people spent the extra extra time to keep our execution as absolutely close to the initial plan as possible. Their communication through the whole project was great and we problem solved together. Can't say enough great things about the Summers Quality Services team. It's in the name and I'll be using them for all hvac, electrical, plumbing work I have forever. Thanks guys!

The worst experience I have ever had in my life! Unprofessional technicians! First they diagnosed my split heating/cooling system wrong, said that the motherboard on the outside unit is burned. Changed that and the split still is not working. While they’re trying to figure out why, technician on the phone finally said "To be honest, I never work on Fujitsu units…" and left! Now you’re telling me? After changing the expensive mother board? Called another company that is far beyond amazing and professional, they were thorough and diagnosed the problem right! Boom now my split is working like new! If you want somebody that cares about your money and time, and is not there to just play with you, DO NOT USE SUMMER’S! You guys should be ashamed that you’re even in business!

Oscar came and helped us figure out the longstanding problem with our toilets. He is a very professional, knowledgeable young man eager to problem solve with good communication and people skills. Can highly recommend Summers Quality Services.

Had Summers Quality Service out to perform routine maintenance on my system for the first time since it was installed 6 years ago (my bad!) Erik from Summers was so informative, helpful and friendly. I greatly appreciated his problem solving and communication. He had our AC running as well as it did (maybe even better) the first year it was installed. Thank you!

Erik helped fix an insulation issue with my apartment's AC unit. He was very personable and polite, and got the job done smoothly and efficiently, even while working in a challenging space! Friendly, fast, and left the space as tidy as he found it - couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend
