Maggie is an extraordinary salesperson. I have rarely every met anyone who is both incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and also not trying to hard sell me the entire time. Her dedication to her job and their ability to make quality and long-lasting connections with clients with no prior relationship should be a true testament to the value that she brings to the company. I don't know her position within the corporate heathy, but I would highly recommend you do whatever you can to keep her happy and loyal to your company and brand.
