We found Electrical Solutions in a Google search for a highly rated electrician when part of our second story electricity failed. 5 stars is pretty convincing! We called Electrical Solutions, explained the problem, and Jacob came out the same day - he resolved the issue within minutes. We were impressed with Jacob’s knowledge, professionalism and quiet, kind demeanor. We are in the midst of a first floor remodel and talked with him briefly about what we are planning - and asked him if he’d prepare us a bid. We thought the bid was very fair and hired Electrical Solutions. This week Jacob and Shelby have completed all the electrical work and installation of our recessed lighting, and will be back next week to install outdoor lighting. Both men were delightful to have around - professional, patient and so respectful - and offered some great options and suggestions. I have already recommended the business to a friend, and wouldn’t hesitate to do so in the future.

We needed a GFI outlet installed in our master bathroom. Electric Solutions NW were the top-rated when I looked for local electricians I called, owner Jacob return the call promptly. We were scheduled in less than week. Carlos and Shelby arrived right at 8 am. They did a awesome job quickly, cleanly and so very courteous. Everyone we met with was extremely courteous. Price was GREAT! And an issue was found in our attic and we were informed of a couple solutions to fix it. I would call them again and I would recommend to my family and friends.

Jacob and his team are fantastic! He is responsive and does great work. No job is too small from putting in EV chargers or a new panel to a whole house wire for a new build. Any electric needs will be met by Electric solutions!

Jacob was super fast to reply and give me an estimate. I had them install a gfci for a smart toilet. Quick, professional, and left a clean work site. Will definitely use him again!

Electric Solutions gets an A+ from us. Jacob and his crew are super helpful, friendly and a pleasure to have in your home. A section of our house lost power and we were concerned about a possible fire hazard. We called Electric Solutions and left a message. Jacob responded right away. They found a wire that had fried and re-wired it which restored all the power. We were so impressed with the great communication and genuine caring. Also, we are doing a bathroom remodel ourselves and needed help installing new lights, removing some existing lights and moving an outlet. The quote was very reasonable and they arrived on time to do the work. We really appreciated how patient they were when it came to us deciding on exact light and outlet placement. It’s so nice to find a company that has integrity and cares about doing things right. They will definitely be our go-to for future electrical needs. Recently, I had an issue with my garage door opener, and Jacob from Electric Solutions NW came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the problem—a tripped GFCI outlet—and resolved it efficiently. What impressed me most was his integrity: he refused to charge for the service since no parts were needed. For active military personnel like myself who are often away from home, having someone trustworthy to handle essential repairs is invaluable. Would recommend Jacob and his crew any day without hesitation. Our main blew out on Sunday and turned out to not be replaceable. The 35 year old panel needed replaced. The guys were very professional, kept us informed every step of the way, and triple-checked that everything was working correctly before they left. (The issue happened Sunday afternoon and they were out Monday morning first thing, and did the panel replacement Tuesday.) Inspector came out today, and mentioned he was always impressed with Jacob and his team's work. So we are sold. Will continue to use them for our electrical work! Customers for life!
