Michael was great. Ahead of schedule very pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions and did a great job. He cleaned everything up and then took a look at my water heater. When we have to, First Choice Plus will be who we call. We decided to buy a new water heater from First Choice Plus, Michael again was on time did a great job and a nice clean up. We highly recommend the nice folks at First Choice Plus Plumbing and A/C.

Jacob came to check out why my water heater wasn't working. We both decided that the water heater was leaking and no longer functional. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Even though it was late in the day, he stated he would install the new water heater that day. The space in the closet was small, but Jacob got it out and installed the new one. He was informative and efficient and got the job done in a short time. If I needed any other plumbing needs, I wouldn't hesitate to ask for Jacob. I highly recommend First Choice for your plumbing needs.

Great service, I called and with in an hour Jacob showed up and quickly started fixing the issues. Very communicative and professional staff. Jacob kept me informed of everything and gave me advice how to prevent the damage in the future. Recommend them 100%

On 10/10/25 @ 12:45pm I called First Choice Plumbing because my water heater was leaking. By 1:30 Jayden Nieto arrived at my door. By 4pm Jayden had the new water heater installed and walked me thru my 0% financing process. He was polite, knowledgeable, patient, and Informative. Joe, Jayden, & Jordan were excellent! This was no ordinary job! It required crawling through attics and getting super creative in order to get the pipe to my primary bathroom from the tankless water heater in the garage. It was late on a Friday and I was dealing with a ridiculous situation—a toilet roll holder had somehow been flushed down the toilet. Within minutes of booking, I got a photo and credentials for the technician, plus a link to track his arrival. Super reassuring. Joe Duran showed up and was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, calm, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, handled the repair quickly, and even sent me pictures afterward so I could see exactly what was done. That kind of follow-through really impressed me. Even though it was late, he didn’t rush or cut corners—just showed up ready to help with a great attitude.
