My Home Solutions came to install smart switches in my home and add an outlet in my bathroom, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the electrician was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Not only did they arrive on time, but they also took the time to explain exactly how the smart switches worked and how they would be installed, which was very helpful as I partially installed the wiring and was stumped in the process. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with no mess left behind. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work done. The electrician was professional, courteous, and clearly an expert in their field. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and informative electrical services!

We had an AC breaker burn and needed an emergency repair. My Home Solutions responded quickly and fixed everything within an hour. The technicians evaluated the situation, offered options, and relabeled the system neatly, all at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We hired them for a Tesla charger installation in our garage, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Ren and the technicians were professional, punctual, and made sure the setup was clean and safe. We ordered purchase and installation of a home standby generator theough My Home Solutions at a price of over $10,000. Unfortunately, the folks sent to do the project had no experience or understanding of this particular system and a two day job has stretched out to over four months, and it still does not work. The first day, they installed the generator and transfer switch, figured the job was done and were about to leave when I reminded them that batteries were required to start the engine and that there was no oil in the crankcase. This was addressed, the motor started and again they thought they were done. I called the office when nothing worked, and found that the transfer switch had been installed on the wrong side of the house with no breakers in it. This was corrected the next day (leaving unrepaired holes in the stucco) and once again they figured they were done, but nothing worked. The factory informed them that a separate control circuit had not been installed, so this was added when the parts arrived. One connection was loose and we had to power our freezer for several days with a long extension cord. The generator now works if we are home and manually turn it on, but it is not automatic and cannot be left on the setting which allows this because the motor would run continuously. Packing materials and pallets from shipping were left in the yard for us to deal with and not removed until we complained to the Registrar of Contractors. After our repeated complaints that the system did not work as designed, they lied and said the factory reported that everything was OK. When the ROC forced them to return and troubleshoot, the factory reported that there had indeed been a problem with a part and they were sending a replacement. My home solutions is pretty angry about my reviews and now refuses to finish the job.

My Home Solutions were great, very thorough. I was having electrical issues as with 3 rooms that had no power. Just recently had AC electrical issues and Ren called the AC company to get details and see if they were related. I had an open neutral issue and they started at the panel troubleshooting and fortunately were able to fix the issue there without tearing into my switches and outlets. Also had a few other electrical repairs to be done and they sent out a tech so I wasn’t paying a journeyman electrician scale for minor repairs. Very honest and great communication. Would highly recommend My Home Solutions!

So I reached out to my home solutions as the owner lives in my neighborhood. I let them know I needed a interior bedroom door replaced. They reached out to who they use which is Cactus Door and Trim. I was given the quote for the door as well as installation. I asked if I could do some of the legwork to save some cost . I was told sure, so I picked up the door installed the door. Upon installation I noticed the door was nowhere near the quality we had in our home. I reached out to Ren and I was instructed to reach out to Ryan at Cactus Door and Trim. I was told that’s what was ordered and there was nothing they could do about it. Now I’m sitting with a $250 door that’s going to go straight to the trash and have to buy another door. As I appreciate Ren letting me do the legwork to save money this seriously backfired due to the quality of door that was ordered. Definitely be aware! After the owner read my review he sent me 87 messages on my Facebook messenger! When I asked him to please refrain from messaging me. He let me know he would stop messaging me when I took my review down! Completely unprofessional! I couldn’t believe it! I had to block him on my Social media account accounts. Flat out harassment.

I found My Home Solution on a Facebook page. I hired them to clean up and redo my low voltage/av panel in my house. They were the only company that responded to my inquiry. They were reasonable priced, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. While they were in my home I had them give me a quote on other projects I wanted done and hired them for additional work Highly recommend this company. Zach Z. Buckeye
