Troy and Kadin installed a manual transfer switch with a mechanical interlock to safely attach a portable generator to my home electrical panel during power outages. They arrived at the appointed time, worked quickly and professionally, and completed the installation at the cost promised, which was very reasonable. They then taught me how to properly and safely use the plug and switches they had installed. When the generator I had ordered arrived, I discovered it needed a different type of plug than the one they had installed. I called Troy and he and Kayden came the next day and changed the receptacle for me at no additional cost. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their services.

Had an EV charger installed by them and didn't have any issues. The install location was far from the breaker, but they were able to do it in a few hours. They were efficient and professional. Got many different quotes for this install and their pricing was very fair.

Troy who came to provide the price quote was very knowledgeable and even took the time to share extra information with me. Later, I scheduled a project for outlet replacements and light installation. The technicians, Kadin and his colleague, completed the job efficiently and with great quality. I’ll definitely call them again for my next project.

We had multiple outlets not working in my house. I called ICHE yesterday afternoon. Kadin and his colleague came this morning, so promptly. They were polite, experienced and professional. They found problems right way and quickly fixed them. The charge is very reasonable compared to tge work they did. I recommend ICHE without any reservations. ONE OF THE BEST CONTRACTING EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. Amazing, prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful! Had 2 bathroom wall lamps that went out and didn't have the skill to put them up. They replied right away, inquired about the project and pictures, and were able to come by in a few days! On time and wonderful communication, and such an asset to the WA state electrical community. In and out in an HOUR, took out all the packaging from the new lamps, got rid of the old, just was an absolute joy to have in my home. 20 outta ten, would call again.
