Horrible customer service - Rachael is condescending and probably the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. Lindy was also of zero help. Horrible unsafe drivers that don’t observe road construction.

Not sure if it is the owner or an employee but they are one of the worst drivers in Reno. Speeding, cutting people off and tailgating is a terrible look especially if the name of your company is on your truck. If this is how they act on the road then it really shows what they think of our community and the disrespect they have for it. I would assume their work quality is just as poor as their driving. Would not touch this company with a 10 foot pole

Electrician was in our office replacing light fixtures. He was polite, considerate, professional. Would be happy to have Merit working in our office again.

Outrageous bids about 50% more then competitors. Absolutely stunned by your costs for simple projects way to try to rip us off going to another company for a fraction of the cost. Shame on you.
