I had an electrical project ranging from standard installation of new outside house lights, to installation of items with little difficulties or challenges, such as, a replacement ceiling fan under a patio cover where the rain had seeped through ruining the first fan, a mounting of an outside decorative motion light above the exterior door of a metal building and the installation of a new mailbox where the house address would light up a dusk and turn off at dawn. Cory had a solution to each unique situation and was willing to complete each installation even if parts of the installation were not electrical in nature. Cory's crew Zach and Glen did all the work and Cory checked on their work at the end of each day. They did a wonderful job and completed all the installations to my satisfaction. The price Cory charged was very fair and I am delighted to recommend Dean's Electrical to anyone needing electrical (and special project) work.

Cory and his team are by far the very best electricians I have worked with in my home. I say this because months ago I had him install six exterior lights, not only was his price quote fair ,he was on time and cleaned everything up beautifully after he completed the job, I was so impressed I recommended Cory to my favorite handyman for him and his clients in future. Then a few days ago Cory's crew came back to install two chandeliers with a dimmer switch and everything went fantastic again. Very friendly, clean, reliable and fair price.

After getting a few outrageously high quotes for an electricity problem I was having, I called Corey at Dean's Electric. Even from our quick conversation on the phone, he was able to give me a better idea of what was going on with my electricity than the other very expensive and general quotes from others to just "replace the entire panel". When he came out, within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and helped me call the city to get it fixed, even waiting for the city to arrive to make sure the information was conveyed correctly. It turns out it it was a less common electricity problem that only a pro would've been able to diagnose, so I'm super happy I called Corey when I did. Incredibly friendly, honest, fair, and helpful - definitely won't be using any other electrician going forward.

Had my panel replaced and upgraded as our home was in need for more capacity. Reached out to a few contractors and received a few quotes. Selected Dean’s as the price was extremely competitive and when discussing his work he was very knowledgeable and ready to explain the details. Once I confirmed our intent to move forward, Cory was attentive to move quickly to get all the needed items for permit through and in, and was communicative/clear about the process and performed the work professionally, clean, promptly and to the satisfaction of the required permits. To note - we have RPU and the time line was about 2mos start to finish for the panel given your utility has a major role in shutting down the power and powering back up (this is also generally a pretty quick turnaround). If you have a large utility SCE/SDGE you will likely be waiting for a longer time and that is out of the control of the electrician - so plan ahead accordingly if this is work you want done and check with your utility what the approximate timelines are.

Corey of Dean's Electric is the guy for the job. He brings together expertise with a can-do approach. After calling 10 other businesses, he was the only person in Riverside and Moreno Valley who was able to provide same-day service. He repaired an electric cord on a jackhammer and made it better than it was before. I certainly will do repeat business with Dean's Electric.

Cory was very good at first assessing our needs to upgrade our home entertainment system. Helped us select the latest components including new AV receiver & Apple TV to work with existing HD TV, DirecTV, & Blue-ray player. Then, he provided prompt & efficient installation of those components, along with new outdoor speakers.
