If anyone is looking into having a generator installed, I highly, highly recommend this company! After much research, I chose them for their highly rated customer service, as well as the Cummins brand generator. I had Paul, Jake and James as my installation team and they did a phenomenal job. A job such as this can sometimes be a challenge and the small space where the circuit breaker box was located, was theirs. Handled it like the professionals they are with follow up calls to "codes". Installed a new breaker box and labeled each and every circuit. Generator works like a charm and "tests" itself every 2 weeks. They can monitor it remotely and contact me if needed. I certainly have peace of mind with this generator and company Thank you Paul, Jake and James! It was a pleasure working with you all and you left the basement meticulous~no one would ever know you guys had spent hours working down there

From the initial consultation given to us by Tom all the way through the Installation of our generator by Paul and his workers, so far the experience with Anderson Water power and air has been exceptional. When you put your faith and trust in a company and hope they do the quality work that you expect, and then they exceed your expectations, it’s a wonderful feeling. So far this company has shown such high standards of professionalism and customer service that I have no doubt I made the right choice. I will recommend them to anyone that I come in contact with asking for referrals, and if there were a way to give them more than five stars, I would. The work was done promptly, neatly, professionally, and all the workers were very knowledgeable and had no problems answering any questions. Thanks to the entire team for all of your hard work and dedication. I really wish that there were more people like you who take such great pride in your work and reputation.

If I could add more stars I would, Anderson went above and beyond our families expectations to get our well water right especially with a very high TDS reading. Not being a water expert myself it was a relief to know they could do the job and do it right. Anderson is an asset to this area especially when it comes to getting your water safe for you and your family. They are very informative and professional, and can answer any questions you may have. They were very flexible with time and were able to come to my home the same day. Tom met me and was professional, personable and knowledgeable. We were able to do a quick visual inspection and set up a course of action for generator installation. I was extremely pleased and had the kind of interaction you want as a customer. I very much look forward to doing business with Anderson in the future and so far they have been fabulous to work with! On the day of my generator installation, they showed up promptly in the morning and worked hard all day in the bitter bitter cold to get the job done same day. It included running gas lines going into crawl spaces and just doing work in the cold and wind that can be a real pain in the butt. No one ever complained and everyone worked throughout the day. I have to also say, there were a couple times when they pointed some things out that were issues with my electrical panel from the prior installation. They're response to me was simple, they would take care of it and make sure it was done right and done safely. Anything that needs to be done in any way shape or form than Anderson does, I'm calling them first. Mike came to the house to service my generator. He was prompt, friendly and finished a lot quicker than I thought. After he finished, my generator ran smoother, I could hear the difference. I have never had a problem with any Anderson representative at my home. This is a solid company with friendly, knowledgeable folks working for them.
