The electrician and his assistant were extremely professional and handled my electrical situation quickly and efficiently! They explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. The job was completed and I'm very pleased with the results! They were quick to respond to my call and set up appointment on the same day. The electrician they sent was very pleasant to work with. He presented me with two options after service evaluation; labor and parts or just labor. I ended up choosing the latter option because it would be cheaper if I purchased the parts myself and have them just install them. I would definitely work with them again.

Really appreciating the year round plan that I have with Upstate Air and Dr Electric --- they do amazing work and have helped us make our HVAC system safer and more efficient! Matt is our regular tech, and goes above and beyond to address all concerns--- he is awesome!! Highly recommend.
