I called Rich several months ago about installing some new interior lighting and replacing existing sconces. He came in, offered several suggestions and let us decide on the eventual plan. We got a date in the books and he and his partner actually arranged an earlier date than originally expected. On the day-of, Rich and Mike worked quickly and did a great job on an old, challenging home. They were done in less than 6 hours and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I had a great experience. He priced it just right, came with great ideas, and ultimately executed well. I'd definitely work with him again.

Had Rich come.out to see if I could get a grounded outlet installed in one of the bedrooms my older home. Was honest and told me it would be quite costly and a big deal. Fixed an outlet for me while he was here. Was affordable and efficient!

After leaving a voicemail I received return call the following day. I explained our problem with our generator to the owner. He promised to schedule a time ( within a few days) and call back. Over a week later and a power outage we have not had any response. I will not recommend any business that makes promises that they do not keep. I had also explained that since I am disabled that the backup power is extremely important to our home. Gibbons Electric is not a business that we would recommend or care to do business with. There is no excuse for failure to honor your promises.

Rich was quick to respond and came over to assess my failing Generac power system. Taught me the basics of operations and some maintenance tips. Very knowledgeable of everything electrical! Honest , friendly, and up-front service. Will definitely use his company in the future. The world needs more professionals like this.

I have to say that I have used Rich & Mike for all of the items listed in the services performed. I have never been dissatisfied, very timely and Very easy to work with. There have been many projects that have had challenges as remodel goes, but they always get things sorted out and in the end the customer is always happy.

Rich is patient and responds to concerns in a professional manner. I am glad to have found such a honest person and trust what he says. Now I don't have to worry about the weather since he installed my generator!
