I had a horrifying experience where the old lady was screaming someone's name I assume the manager. She starts saying shes "never had to do this in her life" and the "manager" then kicks me out. I did nothing wrong. I wish I had the money to sue this establishment.

I had purchased a Karaoke machine awhile back but never hooked it up. I took it to Kool Inc and they quickly explained the connections and what I was doing incorrectly. I got the machine home and did exactly as Kevin instructed and we were off and going singing till the neighborhood dogs howled... Thank you Kool inc!!
