Thank you Javier and Allan for your awesome work on fixing my electrical issue with the three bedrooms that all lost power. Your knowledge and patience in explaining the process was much appreciated! Also, thank you Juan for initially coming out to evalute the work and provide several variations of estimates to evaluate. I will definitely let my neighbors and friends know to reach out to your Dalcon if they were to ever need electricians.

I contacted Dalcon to install a light fixture from IKEA (BAROMETER track light). Very soon they sent a gentleman named Ken to come do an estimate. He was friendly and very competent. Later Javier came to install the light. Javier did a great job. The fixture had a small defect and so there was a small gap between the brass cover and the ceiling. Javier was straightforward with me and disclosed the issue. He was patient and kind enough to work with me on improving the aesthetics. He offered to remove the fixture, tinker with the anchor below and reinstall. The second time around it did get better. It wasn't that he didn't get it right the first time - he just went the extra mile to make it better. I really appreciate his diligence. This was the first maintenance or installation we ever did after buying our first home in March. If all future experiences will be similar to what I experienced with Dalcon, I'll one happy dude.

An external outlet at our house had a grounding issue which required that a new cable be pulled. Both the estimator, Kenneth, and the electrician who performed the work, Javier, were kind and professional. Both were eager to do whatever was necessary to meet our needs, make the project work, and ensure our satisfaction. Kenneth provided clear, detailed estimates at three different price points and scopes of work. While visiting our home to draw up the estimate, he sketched a schematic to help us understand various approaches to our issue and offered resources. When we were ready to move forward with the project, Javier further allayed our concerns. He cheerfully pulled a new cable beneath our house, which is claustrophobic and unpleasant work, and upgraded our panel to include a new breaker. His finish work was tidy and he was respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers inside. Thanks to Kenneth and Javier, we had a very positive experience with Dalcon. We wholeheartedly recommend their work.

We could not have had better service to address our electrical needs. All of the Dalcon Electric company employees provided excellent customer service. They were personable, knowledgeable, and were patient in thoroughly explaining what was to be done in a clear easy to understand manner. Recognition and kudos to admin assistants Sarah and Cristina; estimator Juan; and electrical installers Carlos and Enrique. This team of employees were perfect. We have finally found electricians whom we are comfortable with and provide exceptional customer service. We plan to use Dalcon for future projects.

Chris always knows what's the right thing to fix. He will also give a couple of options which I can decide based on my budget. They never try to overcharge me. Recommend Dalcon and Chris in need of electrical repairs.
