Called Erin to get a quote on a new Kohler generator. From beginning to end the process was easy and low stress. They were extremely fair with their quote and did amazing work. Loved their whole team and especially Erin. I look forward to calling Crout with all my electrical needs.

Very pleased with the service provided by Crout and their technician, Eric Satterfield. Erin has recently completed several projects for us, and the results have been excellent. Erin has demonstrated a lot of determination and commitment to identify and resolve our issues. From working in hot attics to cramped spaces in a bathroom, Erin has always provided great results with minimal interruptions. She also to be commended for a thorough clean up after completion of her work. She is a credit to your organization and a joy to have her in our home. Very upbeat with a positive, can-do attitude.

Crout Electric is wonderful, we’ve used them three times. They’ve installed several antique chandeliers for us and well as done rewiring and new wiring. Erin is especially detail oriented and fixed a few things that were wired incorrectly by a previous electrician from another company. I highly recommend Crout.

My technician's name was Erin. She had a good eye for detail in assessing our Electrical box which was wired originally by my father in law (an electrical engineer). She told me what things needed to be fixed, and an estimate would be e-mailed of our detailed meeting. Erin even checked out the attic where the wiring would go for our AC unit and water heater. She was prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. I appreciate her honesty and professionalism. We will be contacting Crout Electric again.

This is a long story with an extremely happy ending. About three years ago, I called a different electric repair company to my house due to a breaker trip in the master bedroom. The company arrived and, although the trip was due to a space heater I had plugged in, the company representative proceeded to my attic and informed me that due to squirrel damage (I had already had professional removal and remediation of entry point) -- I would need a total home rewire at the cost of $14k...AND that I would have to supply all fixtures and repair any drywall damage created during the rewiring process myself. FAST FORWARD to 2024 My husband had health issues and passed away 11/2023. I could now face the electrical issues that caused me great anxiety and fear. I posted on FB asking my friends for Electrician recommendations. Praise God. Unknown to me, I grew up with an extremely qualified electrician now living in Florida. First off, he asked why I needed a total home rewire, as it was very unusual for a 50 y.o. home. After reviewing photos provided by the previous company -- he immediately referred me to Crout Electric and told me to speak with Steve Crout. Steve listened to my situation and sent someone the very next day. Erin Satterhouse arrived and proceeded to inspect my Electric Breaker Box, then tested all of my outlets (while marking all mislabeled breakers and identifying all outlets to the breakers). Then she went to the attic and following her inspection, showed me photos of squirrel damage. As it turned out, the previous company took multiple photos of the same 16 inch wire, from different angles making it look like multiple locations of damage. UGH! Seriously? Erin explained all of the workings to me and it was determined that a 16 inch replacement of wire, with two new junction boxes would take care of the wire damage. Likewise, we discussed other areas where I wanted repairs and scheduled a time for the following Monday. All repairs, code GFC plugs and replacement of wire damage apprx $1k. Amazing! I could go on and on with other examples of their professionalism, honesty and work ethics -- but, I doubt anyone would be interested in all of the little things they did. It all added up to a professionalism and honesty I have not experienced in a very long time. I am not sure if I should mention the name of the first company who tried to scam me, but suffice it to say; avoid the "Mr." company with the color yellow as it's main logo scheme. To the Crout's, Erin and Riley...THANK YOU for your honesty, work ethic and prompt resolution of my issues. I have shared your business cards with everyone on my street and my daughter/SIL, and will sing your praises to anyone/everyone.

I have been selling Real Estate in the Savannah Area for over 15 years and hired several electricians. This is by far the most best company in the area. They are honest and do exceptional work.
