Gold Mountain Contracting was incredible from start to finish. I posted the job, and they showed up the same day — ready to go, fully equipped, and professional. They installed my new Govee permanent outdoor lighting system with precision and attention to detail. The results speak for themselves: the lights look amazing, perfectly aligned, and the color wash across the house is stunning. What really stood out was their efficiency — they worked quickly without cutting corners, cleaned up everything afterward, and made sure the system was tested and running exactly as I wanted before leaving. I had an issue in my kitchen, and they called and left a message for me to do some simple checks on my own first, which was appreciated and which I did), but they had to come over anyways. Cade and Tucker got right to work, checking the nearby outlets, the junction box in the attic and the circuit breaker downstairs. They found the issue behind the pot cabinet, and fixed it right up. It was a great experience and I can highly recommend them

I don't quite know how to make this review really capture the experience I had with Gold Mountain. This crew was amazing. Everything about the way they work impressed us. From the expertise in assessing our project scope, the detailed questions and expert opinions to refine it, the confidence they showed in carrying the project to successful completion - these are all basics, and with them, they deftly navigate those dynamics at a level of ultra professionalism. But they're magic. They're wizards and carry all the charisma you could ever dream of in working together. We felt like we were part of their team. Somehow, they made their work seem like a blast to deliver. So much insight, humor and positivity was shown. Our project had some really big challenges that involved coordination across 7 teams. Gold Mountain by far showed the strongest front, and managed to help us carefully step through some of the minefields that arise when so many teams are doing work on the same program. The result of their involvement gave us huge confidence in working with them again, whenever the need would arise. Always reasonable, always offering clear direction and assistance in making heavy decisions. Always communicative, on time, and faithful to follow up on anything needing further attention. Just look at the results of their work. They did all the exterior electrical work on our remodel. Can't wait for an excuse to use them again. Tucker, Cade, Jordan - you are all superstars amongst the trade.

I tried diagnosing some electrical issues and didn’t know how to proceed so I called around in search of a knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician that could set me on the right path. Cade and Jordan arrived that same day. They quickly diagnosed each issue and either fixed it or provided expertise on how to do it. I am relieved to have some of my to-do list completed and I feel confident about next steps. They were very professional and I’m glad I gave them a call.

Second time working with them, this time on new lighting fixture installation in two different rooms. Electrician Cade was very helpful in helping me find the right fixtures for the spaces and my use cases, everyone involved was super friendly and willing to answer my questions, and the work was done quickly and efficiently with minimal inconvenience.

We had an electrical issue that needed addressing and we were really surprised when Tucker, the owner, reached out to help GUIDE ME to figure out the problem and maybe even fix it myself. He wanted to SAVE me a service call...basically trying to save me money. WHO in the world does things like this nowadays? His suggestions worked mostly, but I still needed the service call. Cade, their electrician was one of the kindest, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative contractors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I could not give enough stars for this experience. You better believe if we have any near future electrical work to be done, Gold Mountain will be 1st on our list.
