I had Angie and her team from Muth come in and assess our lighting update needs. They were prompt and available. We needed our out-dated fixtures brought up to date on a commercial property. They did a great job and were cost competitive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for commercial electrical work. Barry Kubat

I called to request a service repair. I was told that Muth Electric was two weeks out at least and they would try to make the appointment in two weeks. I proceeded to schedule the appointment giving all the information requested. I asked if they would contact me directly when they determined what was causing the issue since I live out of state and the receptionist informed me that they would not contact me that they would just make the repair while they were there. I asked her if they determined that they needed to replace my entire electrical panel that they would just do that, not call me and send me the bill? She said that is correct. I told her I would not be moving forward with the scheduled appointment and she hung up on me. I do not think it is a lot to ask to have someone simply be kind and give you the same respect they would expect in return. Without customers you are out of business and unemployed.

Friendly but works very slow, leaves and come back several times during the job, over charges on all aspects of bill. Charged $275 for overnight shipping charge for an electrical panel box that probably only cost $150 and does not provide an estimate up front. Really feel taken advantage of.

Spectacular Service Always able to help us in an emergency situation to restore power or whatever the situation is. Electricians are very helpful and willing to work long hours when needed. Thanks for the help and great work. MUTH

There work is poor and lazy. There work is in violation of the electrical codes and they have no pride in there work. I called them out on there violations and made them change them, to repeat the same violations again later in the project. They cut corners due to laziness. It is amazing they are still in business with this quality of work.
