Jim & Sons Electric

I recently had some minor electrical work done by Jim & Sons Electric. Two electricians performed the work. The work was great, and the men were very friendly, and courteous. The price was also fair. I am totally satisfied.

We hired Jim and Sons for our kitchen renovation and installation of new electric panel. While they were onsite, we had them install a closet light and outlets in the front hallway. Very pleased with their service and workmanship.

I am so happy with this team!!! They were honest, timely, respectful, friendly, and super communicative. I can't wait to work with them on future projects!

I called and spoke to Jim (the owner) who was very professional over the phone. He had Rick come out and replace my dining room fixture, put in a few ceiling fans, some recessed lighting and add a few new indoor and outdoor outlets for me. Service was fantastic. Very polite and knowledgeable. The job was done in a timely manner, the price was reasonable and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. I’m so glad I chose this company and I definitely have some projects in mind for the future!!

OMG, these guys are the best! We had a problem with GFIs where the breaker seemed good but the GFI and just some of the downstream outlets and GFIs were dead. For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs. Jim's Electric is now my go-to place for electrical repair, inspection and installation.

Called Jim out for an estimate on a few ceiling fans and some minor electrical issues I was having. He arrived promptly on time and gave a reasonable price that we both agreed on. The next day he sent his guys out and they did a great job. Even put up with my 8 and 10 year old asking them all kinds of questions about what they were doing and how the electrical worked. They were very thorough in their explanation of what was wrong and what they did to fix it. I’ll def be using them for future projects in my home.

I am very happy with the work completed in our home by Rick. I will use Jim and Sons Electric for all my future electric needs.
