Brandon was out to look at my setup within a day of me calling. I needed a charging station for my new electric car. He actually talked me out of more expensive options and educated me on what made sense for my situation. They showed up when they said they were going to, did a great job and were good people. CT Electrical Contractors installed EV Charging Stations at our school facility. They were very efficient, professional, courteous, and reactive to any request we had. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for any project.

We had an urgent electrical issue with our lights flickering, and after some Googling, I was worried it could be a fire hazard. We called several electricians—including the company that upgraded our panel two years ago—but no one would help. In fact, our usual electricians were annoyed and said they wouldn’t come until Monday, which would have meant spending all of Valentine’s Day weekend in a hotel with two little kids. Then we called and they actually answered the phone (which was rare tonight) and they had someone call me right back to see if they could troubleshoot over the phone before even coming out. When it became clear we needed someone in person, they sent an electrician right away. The electrician who came (maybe Brandon-sorry I’m horrible with names) was amazing—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He worked quickly but thoroughly, coordinating with Eversource to help diagnose the issue and making sure our home was safe to stay in. He even had us test different lights and systems to be extra certain. The fact that he left his Valentine’s Day dinner to come help our family just speaks volumes about their commitment to their customers and that they are just good people in general. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be using them for any electrical needs in the future. Highly, highly recommend!
