These guys were spectacular! They came first thing in the morning, assessed the situation and had the power company out, and the power back on within hours! We are so impressed and thankful for your service! Special thanks to Ethan and Charles!

Two individuals came out to fix our ballast, but unfortunately, they damaged the entire sign. In place of the original, they installed a smaller, janky, used-looking version. See the disappointing outcome in the photo. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them for adjustments, we have not received any response. It's unfortunate that we paid the wrong individuals who managed to mess it up.

Chales the owner and his crews. Conquer projects big and small with the same care and professionalism. They have installed 400 amp serveice for us all the way down to installing a car charger. If there's a problem Charles goes out of his way to fix the problem and make sure that everything is to the customer satisfaction. I believe the lady from the sign review probably experience the same worker I did and Charles got rid of him and sent somebody to fix anything that wasn't done right. It happens sometimes but Charles handled it in the best way he could and got it fixed right away. that's what services is. He always tries to do things the most affordable way that he can do it for the customer and pass the savings on to them I appreciate this because I have had electricians that have tried to gouge me. I have done business with Charles for just under a year here now and CTC is my go-to electrician company. It is great to have a locally owned company that's not a corporation and going to give personal attention to each customer but also has the resources of a corporate company.

Charles and his crew were like dealing with ‘old time Americans’. Charles answered all my dumb questions. He actually listened, and made sure I understood procedures, and the plan to restore electrical damage after a house fire. The guys that actually did the repairs were personable, and knowledgeable, and had humor. Not just work robots. To me that shows working for CTC/Charles is more than just a job. I feel comfortable is recommending CTC. Sorry, I have no pics of me, so Danika says paws up

Charles and his team did such excellent work in a timely manner. We had to have an entire electrical panel replaced which they did plus dealt with my home warranty company as well. This is the team you need for your electrical needs and will definitely be calling again if I need anything!

My husband and I are so thankful and appreciative of CTC Electrical Contracting Inc. We had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed yesterday, and all of a sudden (after a power surge) the dryer stopped working. Frantic, we checked the breaker box and even attempted to test the outlet's voltage. No voltage. No power. Flipped breakers again. Nothing. After calling CTC, Charles asked for a picture of the breaker and talked us through testing everything. I would give him 500 stars if I could. Will be my go to for anything Electrical from now on!!
