Chris and his team were very professional. I can't say how much I loved the work, the communication, and even the Vibes. Ya know sometimes people are just out to get all your money but Chris was trying to find ways for us to save money . I was okay with spending the extra dollar buy he helped prevent that. Chris and his team will be back to supply our basement with more power supplies. Oh and did I mention he replaced our whole panel with doing all the grunt work along the way. He was on time and communicated every move he was making to let us know what we needed to do so that he could work efficiently. Can't wait for him to come back and finish the basement.

R & M came out to my home to replace a light/ceiling fan in the kitchen. The service Tech was named Kyle. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He gave us some helpful tips regarding how to use the new light fixture/fan. He completed the install in a timely manner and cleaned up his trash. We have used their services before and will continue to do so because they really have competent and qualified people to do the work.

Chris did an incredible job locating the faulty outlet, which was no easy task. He explained the process, what results he was getting/not getting. He was inside, outside, and even up in the attic. Professional, polite, thorough and relentless to find resolution, we would definitely recommend Chris and the team at R&M Electric!

My husband and I purchased a new home and quickly found ourselves knee deep in all the joys of home ownership, mainly repairs. We found R&M via our home warranty, and boy did we strike gold! Ashley in the office is responsive and helpful. We were never surprised by the next steps, when the technician would be showing up, or cost. Chris was our technician and he was wonderful. We had issues with our dryer outlet not being connected, the furnace not having it's own power source (or switch or something?), and needing a 220 outlet in the garage for charging our car. Chris was so good about talking through all of our options and answering all of my husband's questions. It gives me so much peace knowing my husband is satisfied with the work and we have someone to call if we have any electrical issues in the future. I was going to add pictures, but seeing wires wouldn't really be helpful to me, just like I'm sure my description of the work completed wasn't really helpful to anyone that knows wire stuff!! In summary, if you value transparency, your money, and keeping your house safe from wire issues, R&M is the place for you!

Chris was absolutely AMAZING. We seriously couldn't have asked for anyone better to come out and assist us. We just bought a house and things were not working as they should, and actually cost us a vacuum...needless to say, we were worried that there was a major issue. Chris was super helpful and explained what was going on. He even took the time to look into some other issues that weren't listed in the original service request. Hands down, this is the best service we've ever received. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and put us at ease. One of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and an expert at what he does. We will be sure to call them for everything in the future as well. Now we have working outlets and an outside light! Thank you, Chris and R&M for everything -- we are truly grateful!

Mr. Chris S. is an amazing and kind worker. He came so fast and fixed our light issue for us in under 3 minutes! HONEST! We love his demeanor and kind smile, he’s a very nice man and fluent man. THANK YOU AGAIN !

I would highly recommend Chris and R&M to anyone needing an electrician. Chris has come out to my house twice to fix outlet issues and each time was courteous, professional, informative, and honest with what needed to be done. I have had to use my home warranty company for several issues and up until Chris at R&M they have sent the kind of people that try to 'get one over on you'. Chris shows the kind of integrity and honesty that is very rare and refreshing to find. He patiently answered any question I had and educated me on aluminum and copper wiring so that I understood the 'why' behind his work. Thank you Chris for taking care of my house!
