Grasser Electric did a phenomenal job installing track lighting in my jewelry store. The precision of their work is truly unmatched—it completely elevated the ambiance of the space. They are professional, courteous, and easy to work with. During our build-out, we ran into issues caused by the alarm company’s improper use of wiring. After two failed inspections and three attempts to fix it, the alarm company finally made it right—but through it all, John was incredible. I want to commend Jordan for his excellent abilities and communication skills concerning my electrical issue. He was instrumental in providing information concerning my electrical problem. He was able to source the parts required for the repair as they were neadily available. He Coordinated all communication with acquiring the permit from the city and Ameren Electric to Shut off power. I also want to give thanks to the service manager Jason as he made all the arrangements for emergency service. He also used FaceTime to assess my problem and diagnosed the issue. This was the third time I have used Grasser Electric and Very happy with all services performed. I recommend them very highly.

Paul G did a phenomenal job. We had a bunch of external outlets we wanted to add. He finished all the work quickly and was really thorough. He cleaned up after himself, despite me telling him not to worry about it. We wanted to get the work done quickly and he definitely accomplished that- far exceeded our expectations. We originally reached out because we had no power coming to our 240v dryer outlet. The person on the phone (I think Kate) was extremely nice and that set off a very positive experience. She scheduled the initial diagnostic that very week with Billy Lewis. Billy was extremely skilled in identifying the root cause of the issue, doing his due diligence in thoroughly documenting and laying out the best options for me, not to mention being very friendly. After the initial diagnostic, we reviewed our options and were able to schedule him again to replace our entire panel along with replacing 2-prong outlets with GFCI. He made it look very easy and is extremely skilled at his trade. 100% recommend them for your electrical needs!

Grasser has been out to our house twice now and both times were super friendly, helpful and honest! Sean came today and was very kind and informative. Would definetly recommend to anyone!

I found my new electrician service! Two great service calls. Jordan arrived on time and on schedule - very professional and helpful. My interactions with the office have also been great and love the texting updates. It’s great to see this kind of professionalism and accountability. Will definitely be calling them again!
