Greener Solutions Heating & A/C

Today I had my VIP maintenance for the winter. Upon arrival I did speak with Ryan at the main number to advise them that my air filter was a special size thinking that the technician would bring one. However, despite that I called a few days before the checkup was made no filter was brought to my VIP maintenance checkup. Anyways the technician Carlos was great even though it was not his fault about the air filter. He serviced my unit and did a very thorough job. I would rate him an overall 5. My overall experience with this company has been a 4.0 and despite all of the issues I have had what keeps are the employees who have listened and treated me with great respect...CARLOS....JESSE (TOP NOTCH).....AMY.....and of course HAYDEN.

Brian was our technician this time for the 6-month check-up. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, personable! He spotted an issue right away, ordered the part that would come within 2 days. Have always had great service via phone as well, even after hours.

When my aircon wasn’t working, I called this company. On the phone, someone said technician will come between 12-4 pm. No one came and called that someone will be late. I had to call the office to inquire if someone is coming or not. Brian came at 5:45 pm. The second time, someone said that he will be back tomorrow to finish the job. Took my 12 hours of my time to wait the whole day and no one called and showed up. I called the office spoke with Ryan and Stephanie( who’s doing scheduling) to inform them to ensure that it will not happen again. Time is precious and taking time off at work is not easy. The only time, I have been getting phone calls is how are you going to pay for it? ( not complaining about that part for nothing is free). However, this week we have another schedule for two days that someone will come to inspect(grateful for this process). My husband and I, waited for a long time, no one came. I called the office, Stephanie said I apologized it is cancelled. Brando, Sergio,Brian , especially CHRIS did an amazing job. But this company does not value people’s TIME.

I had an excellent experience with this air conditioning maintenance service. Chris, the technician arrived right on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly. Chris did a thorough inspection, cleaned the unit, and made sure everything was running efficiently. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they left everything neat and tidy. my system is running smoothlyI highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy AC maintenance.

Today We received service from Chris the technician and all I can say is he is awesome. He is so friendly and very professional. He explained everything that he was doing to our air conditioner and answered all our questions. I definitely would ask for Chris next time we need service

Our AC inspection was great. Brian was very thorough, efficient, professional and friendly. We also had two unexpected additional items added, which were done the same day. The VIP Maintenance Plan is definitely worth it.

I had an AC Tune/up (includes water heater too) and had a very good experience. Technician Brian was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I wanted to try them out to see if they would do better than using the tune up service that comes with my Home Warranty. Looks like I will likely be using Greener solutions instead of Home Warranty when renewal day comes up in the next few months.
