Auto Electric Repair

Brought my 2005 Jeep Cherokee in for a intermittent starting problem , Roy performed a parasitic drain test and found it related to bad wiring . two hour labor charged , same day drop off and pick up . Happy customer here , will return for future service when needed .

First of all, let me say, you are reading this because you are looking for a truthful trustworthy Auto Electrician to repair your electrical issue and you have found the right man. I talked to many shops about uninstalling an after-market alarm and most said they only would only if I purchased a new alarm or had it installed by them in the first place. After weeks of looking I had given up, until my car started honking all by itself even when the car was off. I suspected it had something to do with the alarm and was not comfortable enough myself to remove it. I called Roy with no answer and he texted right back. English is a second language for him so I assume this helps him to diagnose the issue reading it versus hearing you describe it and as a method to keep record of the conversation about work. He asked for VIN so he could look up wire diagrams before I got there I was happy to see immediate steps taken to resolve my issue. I asked Roy to deinstall an after-market alarm I suspected to be causing an electrical system issues causing my horn to honk randomly or inconsistently when the car was off. After he removed the rat nest of wires for the alarm under the dash he was done in less than an hour. He walked me through the possible three other issues that might be causing the honking and mentioned he will go through each by me coming back if the issue persists. I wanted the alarm out so I started there. It hasn't honked yet thankfully - but theres still sun over the horizon. Time will tell if my instincts were correct in the first place. I am grateful for meeting such a wonderful man and happy to know I have someone I can trust. He even explained to me the bad review he got was while taking care of his mother and felt terrible about it. I'm glad I overlooked this bad review. Auto Electrical work can be a trial and error situation. Dealing with advanced computer systems often times you have to diagnose and fix the potential issues before finding the actual culprit. If my car horn keeps honking he walked me through the next possible potential problems we will address. He also offered to fix my AC Actuator as he suspected it will go bad soon just by hearing the noise it was making. Roy is the kind of Auto Electrician I was looking for and I am happy to know I found him, you will be too.

Very grateful to have found Auto Electric repair . My vehicle would not turn off and Roy were able to solve the issue quickly, something that would’ve taken much longer and been costly had I gone to the dealer as recommended by another shop. He showed up to my house, then did everything I told him it wasnt, Then charged me $85 FOR NOTHING and told me he would be back the next day and charge me $100 an hr + Parts. and he COULDN'T tell me what was wrong with my car. HORRIBLE!!!! I should get a refund if he ran a good business he would.

Keep your eye on these guys not trust worthy. Had a guy come out to diagnose an issue. Spent five minutes looking at the car he got it running. I explained to him there was a bigger issue and the next day. The car started doing the same thing they played sick then just started ignoring my calls n txt waste of $200 had to go to an other shop

Took my Dodge Grand caravan to see if it had electrical issues or something else and Roy did an amazing job on explaining to me what the problem is and He fix it while I was waiting .

Fixed my rear running lights that kept popping a fuse, affordable as well.
