Absolutely incredible and meticulous crew! Ricardo and his team went above and beyond. We had some very large, heavy pieces that they handled with the utmost care, and they impressed us with how well they resolved unexpected issues. For example, when installing a 96-inch chandelier, we realized after hanging the crystals that they had arrived dirty. Instead of leaving the issue to us, Ricardo’s team helped take down every single piece, clean them, and rehang them so the job was done perfectly. This took extra time but it goes to show their goal wasn't to rush, it was get the job done right. Ricardo’s wife, Gabriella, who was an absolute angel, even stood alongside me and helped clean each crystal piece by piece. The fact that the manufacturer delivered them dirty was not at all their fault but they helped me either way. Any other company might have said "too bad," but not RGK, they stayed until it was flawless. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my home and it was refreshing to work with a company that cared about achieving that perfection as much as I did. Ricardo also thought ten steps ahead. He quickly identified that a structural beam was needed to safely handle the chandelier’s weight, and he didn’t just move forward, he always stopped to ask my opinion and involve me in the best course of action. Their professionalism showed in every detail: they navigated our high Florida ceilings with ease, protected our walls, furniture, and floors, and were transparent when one fixture could not be installed due to its location, rather than doing a poor job just to finish. Their pricing is clear, and while on the higher side, the quality and peace of mind are worth every penny. Light fixtures hang over your head, this is not something to cut corners on. We will absolutely be bringing them back once the rest of our fixtures are delivered, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ricardo at RGK Electric is an excellent worker. He's extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I know a little bit about a lot of things, but electrical work is not one of them. So I genuinely appreciated him and how he took the time to explain to me all the issues and how he was going to fix them. It was a lot of work on several issues, but he got them all done quickly and professionally. Also, I should point out that the company I called before RGK wasn't going to be able to get someone out to my location for at least 3 weeks. RGK came out the next day and did everything I needed that same visit. Thank you!!

I communicated with them first thing in the morning, was put on a schedule before noon the same day, received an inspection and estimate within a half hour of arrival, and multiple fixtures and lights taken care of all in the same day!
