Brian scheduled an appointment for within a couple of days I called (non-emergency). I was surprised when I received a call that he had a cancellation and could drop by even earlier than appointment. He arrived within 30 minutes, worked on the issue and fixed the problem! I would use Grivet Electric again and recommend to any of my neighbors. Great job Brian and Thank You!!

Highly recommend Brian to my friends and family. With reasonable prices and honest work, Grivet Electric has earned my trust. Brian came out for an initial, free estimate of the scope of work. And helped me make sense of the work required. As someone who recently purchased an older home, Brian helped my family feel safe after he repaired some electrical safety hazards after he completed some serious panel service and pool gfci work.

Brian is such a life saver! We had a storm that tripped some of our electrical outlets and despite a lot of (amateur) troubleshooting, we were unable to get them working again. He was able to come out and take a look within a few hours of us calling him and quickly found/resolved the problem. He did all of this within 15 minutes on a Friday so we can have peace of mind over the weekend. I strongly recommend Brian for all your electrical needs!

After Tempe was hit hard by the strong microburst, Brian kept in communication and found the time to swing by my rental property where my tenants had reported an issue with multiple circuits were tripping simultaneous. Fearing the worst, Brian walked through the house and found various issues with how the tenants were overloading these lower Amp breakers. He educated the renters, communicated clearly to me the issues he found and rather than try and diagnose a bigger problem upfront, was calm, and straight-forward about first fixing the overloading, and then keeping a diary to really understand if there was an underlying problem (which may in fact still be present... but the extent of which could only be truly known once the "monkey business" is eliminated. Brian is worth 10 stars! Not only did he give us the most reasonable price, but he flawlessly installed two emergency exit signs at my new Ambulatory Surgery Center. Extremely pleasant, quick service and excellent communication. If you're looking for commercial or residential electric repair or installation, look no further. Brian is IT!

So grateful to Grivet! They came out and fixed an outdoor outlet for us on super short notice (my fault for waiting and we needed it fixed before going out of town). He was fast, professional, and even installed a new waterproof cover for us!

Not only did he fix all the issues, he explained his work, he pointed some things out, and was even willing to teach me some basics which saved me a good amount of money. The rates we're great.
