Jose was wonderful to work with throughout the process. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. Daniel our electrician rep was quick and included us in all the decisions about placement etc for a lasting benefit. Both were a pleasure to work with, made the whole experience easier. They're good folks!

Joel and Ozzy completed a check up and servicing of my two A/C units today. I was very pleased with their excellent and efficient work. They were informative, courteous and reliable. I felt very comfortable with them and appreciated their advice. While one unit may require replacement in the next year, they provided replacement options without pressure. I feel better informed about my systems and would not hesitate to call them again.

Jose was great. He was on time, personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed learning more about how my systems work. Monkey Wrench has solid offers for homeowners who want to maintain and preserve their water heater and HVAC system. I joined their membership program.

This is for the office only, not the techs! I want to be very clear that the technicians who visited my house were wonderful people — Rick, Jose, and Brian were professional and helpful! However I paid a huge premium for emergency work and then the work performed caused another issue and I was told that there was no one I could even speak to over a weekend so now I need to call another plumber for help. Definitely a scam!!

Rick came over from Monkey Wrench Plumbing and did maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. He was absolutely amazing extremely knowledgeable and a great guy. Thanks so much Rick for your time.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Russ gets a 10 only because I couldn't rate him higher. He did everything necessary to determine what was going on with my irrigation system. Given my house was over Fifty years old, it was not obvious what was going on. We were able to come up with a solution that was unique to my property. We did have a water pressure issue and we are gladly contracting with Monkey Wrench because of our confidence in Russel.

Alex and his assistant Joaquin did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system! They were professional, knowledgeable and explained everything as they were doing it. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench!
