Excellent service all around from Royal Oak heating, cooling, electrical & plumbing! Setting up the appointment was easy, received text reminder the day of, as well a call to let us know our technician Carl Brune is on the way. Carl was super professional, personable, and outstanding at fixing our furnace issue. He was able to point out the problem and got right to work. Affordable cost, quick turnaround, pleasant service and prompt response time. I now feel more at ease heading into the cold holiday weekend. I will definitely be using their services again in the future as well as recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Nathan did a great job visiting our Brooklawn home to measure and calculate the exact heating and cooling BTUs needed for the sunroom, taking his time to ensure the right mini-split size and a fair price. Grant and Lee completed the installation professionally — efficient, precise, and clean. Logan also did an excellent job running the 240V line with minimal ceiling disruption (only three tiles removed, all perfectly replaced). Everything works flawlessly, and the whole process was smooth and well-coordinated. Highly recommended team!

We were very pleased with our decision to choose Royal Oak Heating & Cooling for our new furnace and A/C. Our salesperson (Bryan) was very thorough and didn't try to oversell us anything. Russell and Tobin showed up to install and did a fantastic job and walked my husband through the process and also helped him download and set up our new thermostat! Trisha communicated with me from the signing of the agreement to payment when completed. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs updates in their home !!!

Great experience with Carl. He cleaned and checked the furnace at my mother's house. He made sure to let her know that everything was OK. She can sleep easy this winter. Thanks again Carl! Josh S. was very pleasant to work with. Knew his business. Had the part called for to be replaced. Carefully removed and replaced the 34 year old broken solenoid controlled water valve on my General 1040 humidifier. Double checked the performance and checked for leaks from water lines that got disconnected and reconnected. He is a quality technician.

Grant and Lee did a great job with my mini-split installation. Showed up when they stated, and were easy to work with and communicated well during the install. Prepped and cleaned-up well not leaving any mess inside/outside the house. Highly recommend.
