They were great! I filled out their online request form and someone called me within the hour to schedule, and the tech even came 30 minutes prior to the 4-hour window I was initially given! They fixed the problem immediately and fortunately it was covered by the $49 service fee. Overall great service- I highly recommend.

Rarely does a company actually "exceed expectations". But Legacy Electric is one company that does! Chase and his crew have done work in my home twice and each time, they were prompt, courteous and professional. If they didn’t have a part they needed, they left to get it so I never had to "wait for the part to come in." They consulted with me before any holes were placed and measured expertly.
