Rite Way Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

James and his Chris did an absolutely amazing job and quick. They installed a new kitchen sink and replaced the Water Pressure relief valve. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly and effectively. Extremely happy with the service.

We’ve used Rite Way for many years so when we decided to install a mini-split, there was no doubt that we would call them! As usual, their work and customer service was 5- star! Ramon and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable. The project got started less than a week after we purchased it and was completed in less than a day. The installation looks amazing and they left everything clean. Even after the project is completed, their aftercare is above and beyond! We will always go to Rite Way for our heating and cooling needs!

Called Rite Way about an A/C issue and they had a tech at our door within 40 minutes. Marcus was efficient and friendly and got our system fixed quickly. Separately, on 11/26/25 Joseph came out to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC system. Joseph not only did an outstanding and thorough maintenance and inspection, he pointed out multiple spots where we were losing air through leaky seams in the plenum and also where the furnace met the floor. Unfortunately these were from the installation that another company (Ultra Air) did when we bought our Trane system from them 4 years ago. Ultra had even been out subsequently for maintenance but never pointed out or fixed these issues. Had Joseph not pointed these out we’d still be throwing money away from air loss. Joseph went above and beyond in sealing all air gaps and additionally replacing the leaky patchwork plenum that Ultra apparently thought was ok. The before and after photos tell the story. Benjamin Bodell came out to our house and was polite and professional. He did an excellent job answering our questions and was very patient with us. Also Marcus Rivas Terrazas our electrician did a great job. He was professional, through and courteous. He communicated and addressed all our concerns to our satisfaction.

Customer service is A+ on all services! Replaced my HVAC system and everyone involved was top notch from the project manager to scheduling to installers and then a follow up call to check in! On another project, Rite Way plumber Luis G. worked on a wierd plumbing issue until it was finally figured out. The work is excellent, the pricing is fair, and the customer service sets them apart! Rite Way has well earned my recommendation and loyalty.

Marco B was excellent with keeping us updated on his expected arrival time, then was super polite & pleasant. The 3 faucet install work was done quickly, cleanly & professionally. We'll be requesting him for a future job!

New note: 2x in one week our new gas pack hvac system went out...no heat. But both times Alex came out to get it going. Second time it wasn't the same issue as the first. But Alex is prossional, considerate and got it going! Ayden and Ricardo did a great job getting our new AC gaspack installed. These guys were diligent in getting the air working asap due to it being 105° today here in Tucson. They made sure to clean everything up and put mesh around the bottom to keep pack rats out. They also put the wires that go from the unit under the house and up to the thermostat in special sheilding to keep rodents from chewing the wires. Couldn't ask for better service! Followup: I had to call for a minor thing and Ricardo came out the same day and took care of it. Great job!
