Pierce Electric

Spoke with Laura Pierce- she was exceptional. We had to call back a couple times asking many questions and she was patient, informative and a delight to speak with. Andres came out, on time, and had the job done is short order. We showed him the other rooms with fluorescents that will have to be replaced (fluorescents prohibited 1/1/2025) and asked for an estimate. He was quite helpful and very knowledgeable. We feel very secure and happy with Pierce Electric doing all our electric work!

I called Pierce Electric at 10:30 am this morning to get my mother-law's stove with a 50 amp. stove 4 plug receptacle with grounding wire installed in an emergency. I explained that my mother-in-law was a senior citizen and was very concerned about not having her stove for cooking now and before Thanksgiving. I was given a window of 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. At approximately 1:45 pm we received a knock at the door, and it was Andres the Pierce Electric technician. That's all it took and the receptacle was installed quickly, and professionally, which put my mother-in-law at ease. The troubleshooting and evaluation of what needed to be done was quick and efficient by Andres, and the communication from Laura was exceptional. How you do small things with care, often shows how you pay attention and care about the big things. My hats off to a business that is run right in this day and age! Laura from Pierce Electric was prompt and polite, finding us an electrician within hours of my initial call. She sent Andres Cruz to the rescue, and he proceeded to track down a tripped breaker, which can be an arduous task in the best of times, not the least bit bothered with my assistance. Andres was efficient and effective, finally locating a short in an outside light as the culprit. Doing it on my own would likely have required multiple hours tracking down the short, so it was worth every penny to have Andres' assistance getting it solved in the least amount of time. Highly recommend Pierce Electric here in Benicia, and wouldn't hesitate calling them again or recommending their services.

Great experience! Easy scheduling, great price and excellent work. Andres, the Pierce electrician, and a very nice guy, installed and tested five Smokie/CO2 combo units quickly and professionally. Highly recommended!
