Giovanni was great! Was on time, explained everything and did a solid job. No upselling or pushing unnecessary fixes, just an honest, knowledgeable, highly competent, kind guy!

Great service. Giovanni showed up on time and actually fixed another plumbers mistake with our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through every step he was taking to find the problem. He also did a quick fix with our upstairs bathroom. I would recomend Chajon Plumbing for any issue you may have.
Giovanni did a great job installing new shut off valves for my clothes washer and kitchen faucet. He finished within the timeframe he said he would and his workmanship quality is superb. He also cleared debris from my kitchen faucet which restored the flow strength at no additional cost. A true professional, I will be using Giovanni/Chajon Plumbing for my future plumbing needs! Fast forward to over a year later (August 2024), Giovanni did another great job for me! He correctly diagnosed the cause of a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom using a methodical approach. The repair work is of the highest quality. All this and he made friends with my new puppy - Giovanni is my go-to-plumber!

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable, friendly and VERY reasonable rates. When our water heater blew up at 4:00 p.m., I called and they were at my house by 5:30 to mitigate the water damage and they replaced my water heater the next day for 1/2 the price quoted by the big box hardware store!!! These guys are a God sent.
Giovanni was excellent in every way. Professional, efficient, cooperative, patient, kind, honest, thorough and wonderful in every way. Will recommend him to everyone who's looking for a plumber. Wish I could give him 10 stars. This is he second time he was here and he will be my plumber now.
