Empower Electric

Hired Empower Electric to come out and hard wire our pool heater. We were in a bit of a bind, and after explanation to them, they were over the next morning to help and get the job done. Work was done impeccably, and was completed in a very timely manner. After they left I was having a hard time to get my heater to function (a water flow problem, not even remotely electrical related) and one of the owners who has the same type of heater at his home came back out to my house to help me troubleshoot the problem. Definitely a place that puts customers first , and goes beyond to make sure you are taken care of. In a scenario where a lot of other places would try and take advantage and place surcharges or inflate pricing bc we were looking from prompt service, Empower came thru with honesty, integrity and left us with the feeling that they wanted to help us rather than just come do a job. Thank you for all the help.

The entire Empower team was fantastic. They installed our whole house generator in 1 day. They communicated everything clearly and were very respectful of my house and even were nice to my kids. Their work was top notch and super clean. Coming from a mechanical engineering background, I really appreciated the attention to detail and quality work.
