Jim Avila from West Suburban Electric did a fantastic job, he gave me a fair and competitive price and did the work with speed, finesse and with the utmost professionalism. Just by observing him working, I can tell he has many many years of experience under his belt. Among all the other electricians I called to get quotes, WSE was the fastest to respond to my initial call and send me a quote, which was primarily the reason I hired them.

I cannot say enough great things about Jaime and his crew! We had them install and run new electric to our living room for a ceiling fan as well as add outlets to our garage. Originally we thought we were going to have drywall damage due to the location of the fan and I was FULLY prepared for that to happen but Jaime was magic! He was able to run the line safely without damaging the ceiling drywall! I was amazed. The entire process was easy, timely and, cost effective. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, so professional, kind, and HONEST. You can't go wrong with West Suburban Electric!

Jaime was a very professional and honest electrician. He was quick to give us a quote and very quick to come in and do a clean job. He installed a new outlet for our coffee station. We highly recommend this company.

Jim has done a number of jobs for us at two houses. He has installed new light fixtures, switches, GFI outlets, wifi dimmers, ceiling fan controls and more. Jim has a great ability to troubleshoot existing systems and correct problems which is indispensable. He is very professional and I feel very confident in his quality of work. We had Jim and his team make the final connection to our hot tub. Safety is paramount in this type of installation. It is possible the you may find slightly less expensive service providers, but I prefer to receive a quality job done right. Recommend West Suburban Electric.

Jim has installed several electrical items in my house, including new bathroom light fixtures & fans, a new outlet for a mountable microwave, and a new light switch when the old one was flickering. He’s reliable and gets the job done correctly. There is very little wait time between the time I’ve contacted him and when he comes to do the job. I’ve had a great experience with him.

We used them to replace our outdated electrical panel. They pulled permits, coordinated with the city and executed the work efficiently and effectively. City inspector even commented that they did a nice job- very clean! They will also be installing and moving fixtures inside the house. Updating since they finished the second phase of installing 15+ wafer lights/removing fixtures and running additional electric for a kitchen upgrade and to fix original electric work when the house was built (‘78). I would categorize them as ‘above and beyond’. We weren’t sure what we wanted but Jim suggested removing our ceiling fixtures and replacing with can lights and oh my goodness the house looks twice as big! highly recommend them 🙂
