I had a refrigerant leak in my air conditioner, and Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair in Boston did a fantastic job fixing it. The technician arrived on time, quickly found the source of the leak, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They sealed the leak, recharged the system with refrigerant, and made sure everything was running efficiently before leaving. The AC is now cooling perfectly again. Great service, honest pricing, and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend Fuse to anyone dealing with AC problems in the Boston area.

Asked for an assessment on my central AC unit. Technician shows up and after 15 minutes tells me I need a new system for $10,000. The system is 8 years old. After having my brother in law (works corporate HVAC) validate via phone, now all of a sudden there is a repair we can do. Technician goes out to his car. tells me he's quoting out parts. Then he just drives away. I text him and he calls saying he doesn't know the part or how to install and was trying to find YouTube videos on how to do the work. Why would I hire an expert who needs to YouTube a video on how to do their job?

Vlad was great. He showed up on time, was friendly, informed me of everything he was doing, and fixed the hvac system.

The repair man was excellent! He was efficient, found the problem immediately and addressed the issue with our HVAC system, including a test to make sure it was working properly. He was courteous and patiently explained what he found, what was needed and how to keep our system in good health/running smoothly. I look forward to recommending FUSE to everyone.
