Joe has always been amazing! He has always gives great advice over the phone to help troubleshoot issues, including a smoke detector alarm issue I was having last year repetitively…and he saved me a bunch of money. Their prices are reasonable. They have great availability and Joe provides a real personal touch. This week he helped identify some issues with water coming into my house either from HVAC above or leaking siding that was installed improperly. Can’t recommend Integrity and Joe enough!

Great communication! I understood where the project was at every step of the way, and price was reasonable. My new ceiling fan looks great and its functionality was throughly checked before the job was closed out (please ignore the peeling plaster in the pic lol).

Joe was very professional. Showed up on time, gave a very reasonable quote for the work, was knowledgeable about the different EV chargers available, and provided recommendations. The work was completed without any issues, and Joe came back to set up the charger and the app. Very satisfied customer!

We had an electrical issue with our circuit breaker preventing us to run our AC mid July. We had a bad experience with a different company who didn’t fix the issue. I sent Joe from Integrity a text on a whim on a Saturday (hoping for someone to come out for an urgent matter) and he responded immediately, scheduled an appointment for next day early morning, and fixed our circuit breaker immediately. Joe charged an extremely reasonable, affordable price and made this a super seamless experience. Highly recommend Integrity for any electrical needs!

Pedro and Luis came to my home for an initial assessment of several electrical issues. Pedro particularly impressed me with his knowledge, use of logic, and professional demeanor. After fixing a porch lamp, the two figured out what was wrong with an outlet on our deck that has not worked for years and made recommendations to replace a light switch in our Great Room. They also made suggestions for a new flood light for a far corner of our yard. I would be happy to have these two fellows work on my account. or

Our house had been hit by lightning, but thankfully we didn't have much electrical damage. We wanted to have someone check our electrical systems as we had a few things that seemed a little wonky. We were able to get someone in very quickly, they were very professional, and the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to change out one outlet that wasn't working on that visit. I got a follow up call the next day. This is the 1st time I've used Integrity, and they seem to live up to their name! I would say my rating really is more like 4 1/2 stars--I had such a short interaction with this company, I can't say if I'd give the full 5 stars yet.
