I had a disappointing experience with this company. They gave us a quote for adding 3 outlets to our house. When the technicians came to do the work, they installed one outlet in a much different spot than we had discussed. They backtracked on their ability to install one of the other outlets. While they adjusted the price accordingly, we’re frustrated that they said they could do it and then changed their minds. They left behind bits of wire and mess after completing the job. One of the technicians smelled strongly of cigarettes, and our house carried that scent after they left. We got part of the job done, but it was a less-than-ideal experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jeff, his Team and Staff members in our communities and our Forever Home. Jeff and his Team have gone above and beyond with the upmost Professionalism in their work. We would highly recommend Sammy Phillips Electric for their Electric needs. We used Sammy Phillips Electric to switch our power from fuse box to circuit breaker and I cannot say enough how great it was to work with Jeff and his team. The work was done fast and at a reasonable price and anytime I have a problem or question Jeff is so quick to come over and take a look. I really trust his expertise and he doesn't make me feel dumb for asking questions and he explains things in a way that a non-electrician can understand. I have worked with other providers in the past but won't be using anyone else besides Sammy Phillips (specifically Jeff) from now on.

If your house is old then your electrical outlets and switches are probably old . It doesn't cost much to upgrade them. I've had multiple houses done .it's definitely worth it.

Great people. Came out and had my electrical issues fixed within an hour. They really know their business.
